Buyer issue ICPO/ BCL 2. Seller Issue Soft Offer and buyer signed then sends back to seller. 3. Seller confirm with FCO with Partial POP to confirm the seller has ability to provide and cover the contract value. 4. Seller send the Draft contract and signed back from the buyer. 5. Seller send the Origin contract and signed back from buyer. 6. Seller and Buyer exchange the original (3) copy of contract. 7. Buyer send the MT999 to seller¬â„¢s bank confirm the Full POP in the Bank. 10. Seller bank respond the MT999 from the buyer¬â„¢s bank to located the POP in the bank. 11. The buyer send the MT799 to against the POP from the seller¬â„¢s Bank. 12. The buyer confirm the POP and issue the MT760 and Non Operative payment for the first shipment within 3 banking days. 13. Seller issue 2% PB to active the Non Operative instrument. 14. Delivery and shipment commence as per schedule mutually agreed.
