Looking for plastic crate mould

RFQ Description

I am looking for injection molding machines or manufacturers for Folding (Collapsible) Stackable Plastic Crates which I need to use for transporting Fruits & Vegetables.The size of the plastic creates (Box) when fully assembled is:Height: 12 inchesWidth: 14 inchesLength: 17 inchesThe crate needs to be able to hold 18Kg of apples or other produce. We intend to stack 10 crates on top of each other for efficient transport and therefore the create needs to be able to withstand a total downward load of 180kg.The create needs to be foldable when not in use so that we can transport as many crates as possible to the location where they will be filled.Also the crates need to be recyclable so we need a way to recycle the crates after being used and reproduce the same crate through the recycling process.Currently the market we are in is using wooden creates which can only be used once and can not be recycled and we feel this would be better services with a plastic recyclable product. We expect to start with a production capacity of 10,000 units per month but expect this to increase to 100,000 units/month.email: *******@*****.com
