RFQ Description

I bought one of your 200cc scooters a year ago. I bought it from SuperiorPartsCo in Los Angeles, Ca, USA. I had one bad part when the scooter was delivered and had a good deal of trouble getting a replacement. Finally it arrived. Now the left rear brake light switch/left starter switch is not working. I ordered a new one, but the company sent me the switch for the right side. Wrong switch. I sent it back and now they wont replace it. I since broke the right front turn signal lense cover. The clear plastic cover over the turn signal bulb. Ive tried to get these replacement parts from that company in Los Angeles and they keep giving me the run-around saying they cant get the parts, go somewhere else to get them, etc. Now they tell me the parts are back ordered, that the manufacturer doesnt have the parts in stock. And they dont know when theyll arrive, if ever. Whats the chance of getting you people to sell me those parts direct and you ship them directly to me.
