Hi I purchased the Q05 gsm car alarm and installed it in my vehicle. I am now experiencing problem and ask if you could provide me with the user manual that shows how to reset the alarm and from memory it also has the wiring diagram in order for me to diagnose the problem. I have been very happy with the alarm and its features and would prefer to repair instead of replacing with another unit. Problem - Alarm is causing battery drain and also activates when plugged in and cannot be turned off via remote and cannot dial phone number. If possible please forward user manual and wiring diagram in pdf format. Thanking you in advance for any assistance that you may be able to provide.
