Dear SirI had purchased a Sofa Cum Bed from Your Store (VIP Road, Kolkata) on 29th March, 2014 and same was delivered to my home on 5th April, 2014. Order No U0384, Tax Invoice No U0280. After 2-3 days I was feeling a very bad odour from leather of the Sofa. I complained many times in your store but still to get relief from unhealthy smell from your poor quality sofa set.
