DearCould you inform budgetary price for the alumina PCB which is manufactured onto 0.635 mm alumina. The size of one pcb is 15 mm x 25 mm and 24 pcs are manufactured on the one substrate. Substrates are connected together with V-grooves. Therefore whole substrate size is approximately 110 mm x 100 mm.In the top side of the PCB there is only LED pads (2 pcs) and two pads for the wires. The printing is very simple and straightforward one. Glas insulation mask (green) needs to be printed on the conductive silver wirings. Glas printing needs to be only on the conductors, otherwise ceramic surface is white.Annual qty is 300 000 pcs. Can you inform the budgetary pricing with this info or do you need more spesific determinations? I can supply them tomorrow.
