Dear Mrs Vicky Wang, I have several Viewcam cameras but for some reason I cant start up the system on my Samsung smartphone or on my Lap top. Is there a problem in your server which has to be solved or is there some issue that I can solve at home. I checked the WiFi settings on my computer but I get a pop-up TIME OUT can you help me to solve this issue so that I can use the cameras again.Thanks in advance, John van der Made
