Karan, I hope all is well and it is a pleasure to e- connect with you. My name is Yasmin and I am writing on the behalf of my organization, Emirates Wildlife Society in association with WWF (EWS-WWF). We are hosting an event on June 8th at the Shangri- La Hotel Dubai.The theme of the event is ‘Together for a Brighter Future, and the main objective is to showcase our new organizational vision for the next 5 years, as well as previous successes and modes of future collaboration with the event participants (we are expecting approximately 150 attendees with many high- level individuals from the government and private sector). We would like to create corporate merchandise as give- away gifts for the event, and were hoping to discuss further and receive a quote from you. For now, we are interested in simple bags, and customized ‘business card style USBs (with our logo and organization details on them). We are an environmental organization, so if you have any other ideas on small, affordable items in keeping with the environmental theme, these would be very much welcomed. I should mention that as an non- profit organization, we do have budget limitations and would appreciate as much in- kind support as possible for the event, and so we kindly ask that you consider this when reviewing the request.
