My Car Quest fluorescent drop light failed. I got a new lamp, but that didnt work. The ballast looks like a small transformer or RF choke. The markings on the ballast are WEZ BAL 13WPLD. It is 120 Volt/ 60Hz. The letters RU (R backwards) with a trademark are stamped into the frame. The circuit is simple, there is a switch (OK), the ballast, and a bulb(also OK). can you help?
