We are making vegan salami and sausages. the slurry that we stuff is very thick (like dough) and is based on gluten. We are looking of stuffing line. Please note that in the past we tried a Vemag but the snails broke the ties of the gluten. Currently we are using a simple hydraulic stuffer that doesnt effect the slurry. We are looking for faster machine our batches are around 50kg. and will probably grow in the future.
