Hi,My name is magnus I am a manufacture av wear parts for farmingmachines, like Discs , Point, and things like that. All our products are made from boron steel and hardend to 53-55 HRC. There are some coustomers that are complaining about the points we are manufacturing, they dont last enough time, our points are made of boronsteel bars for example 50x20, 80x15, 50x15 we cut the bars with a plasma and make the rigth shape in the ends. I now hope that you have something to supply that we could put on the point (the end that facing forvards) that will take the most of the soil so my base material will stay intact for a longer time. I and a serious buyer and I am in a desperate need to have this problem solved, we manufacture around 300 000 points/year and I think that aprox 150 000 of them needs to be equipped with this kind of part.
