Dear Sir,My name is Rajender Singh, (Mobile No.*******643)I am using 20 ltrs drinking water bottle supplied by M/s. Care solutions for the last more than one year, Bhopal. But I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that I have not been supplied even a single bottle of 20 ltrs water bottle by them. I am without water for the last one month. I have to manage water from here and there.. or I have to purchase drinking water bottles from open market, which costs me a lot. I had sopken to one Mr. Narender (HOD of Care solutions) who assured me of uninterrupted supply of 20 liter water bottle (Fosters). Almost one week time has already elapsed neither he himself picks of his mobile No.*******550 nor his delivery boy - Chotu, Mobile No.*******357 picks up his Mobile No. What should I do I dont know. With whom to complaint about this. I got this idea of searching through internet. Hence lodging a complaint against them. I may be given full compensation about this since 19.08.2012
