Dear Sir / Madam, This is Volkan from Egemen International Turkey. Our company is medical device manufacturer. If you like to know more about us, here is our company link: www.egemen.com.tr We are looking for LDPE to use in our new medical device project (It will be used for intrauterine contraceptive device (note: the device can stay inside the patients body for 10 years max.). First of all we would like to learn if there is any Medical Grade LDPE that you can provide us. The LDPE we are looking for has to be in similar spec range of DuPont 20. Also it must comply the following rules: Population Council Specification for the polymer are: Density 0.906 to 0.929 (ASTM D792 ISO 1183) , LDPE should comply with ASTM D1248 Type1, Class A, Category 3. Identification by infrared spectrum; and that the material passes US Pharmacopeia (USP) class 2 extraction limit for plastics. Could you please send us MSDS / TDS of your LDPE for to evaluate the raw material? Also please inform about your sample policy? Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
