Business Proposal / Basic Information for Complete Juice and CSD LinesHoping you good. I am presenting a manufacturing business group mainly involved in food and pharmaceutical sector, in Pakistan. In the process of further diversification, group sought to invest in beverage sector (both juices and carbonated). For this purpose, we need information regarding following;1. Proposal for complete Juice Filling Line (Pet Bottle Hot Fill) with and without blow molding option. Following criteria / segmentation is required in order to better decision making;a) Complete blow molding unit (one stage / two stage) with rated capacity (extendable / non-extendable)b) Back Process (includes blenders, storage tanks, homogenizers, pasteurizers etc)c) Filler / Capping Unit (for 10,000 tray of 500 ml volume of pet bottle in 12 hours, with changeovers of 250 ml / 500 ml / 1000 ml).d) With option of chunks addition.e) Warmer (if required).f) Labeler.g) Tray Packing Machine or any other packing machine.Moreover, following information is also sought;h) Time required to deliver, installation, and trial production, after confirmation of order.i) Power requirement of plant with and without blow molding unit.j) Other utilities requirement such as RO Plant and steam generator / boiler (with capacity).k) Manpower requirements, their skill level, training requirements.l) Installation Costs.m) Financial terms and conditions.n) Any other requirement / information.2.
