Round Cabinet Structure

RFQ Description

I am looking for a supplier of the following:Quantity 1000 (initial)Length 935 mmThickness 10 mmDiameter 400 mm (16)The items will be cut in half and sealed using metal trim used to seal top round edges, along the cut edges, to retain rigidity. Also the product must be waterproofed inside and outside. This will in effect give a round cabinet, with one half providing the back wall, whilst the other half slides in/ or outside the other half along a round guide rail. The back wall and door, will not provide structural support to the top of the cabinet, but still must be strong, hence 10 mm thickness.Please let me know if all this is possible and if you think the item will be durable for the purposes of its use. fibre, large core, paper tube aquarium, air pump, dosing pump, water pump, power head, air line, silicon tubing,
