To whom it may concernIm looking for a company that can make a air column bags to ship TV panels. 431/4 L x 25H x 1.5 47 panel size to be covered is 120.01 cm x 59.055cm x 3.81 .. for 40-47 inch panel 53.1l x 34.4h x 2w 55 this will fit the 50 and up to 55 135.89 x 87.630 x 5.080 for 50 -55 inch panels The bags Im looking for, are inflatable.. I want multi chambers air bags.. one piece bags we can slip over the panels and place in our boxes and inflate. please see attachment.. The width should not exceed 6 O/D. (inflated with panel inside). this should give us plenty of protection for the side walls with 12psi ????.. I will build the box around your air bag... The corners will be the trick .. if we can have 2 of cushion all the way around this should be enough at the suggested psi. I will do the ISTA testing here in our labs, with our boxes Than
