Hoping this mail finds you fine We are Attaka Co. for manufacturing Gypsum powder, and we are now preparing for the production line and we need a quotation for Indirect Hot Air Generator (Fuel is natural gas) with the below specifications; The HAG is used to dry white gypsum thru a rotary dryer (Dia.=1.6m, L=11m) White gypsum is fed to the dryer at a rate of 5 ~ 5.2 ton/hr (20% moisture content) and gets out at a rate of 4 ton/hr (4-5% moisture content). The result of our calculation about Indirect HAG will be the gross Heat requirements are = 1120.5Kw = 963456.57 KCaL/Hr. This Value of gross heat as a result of the Calculated the following:Estimator value of Ambient air temperature and material=16C.A) Heat to raise the temperature of the feed-stock.B)Heat to residual moisture.C)Heat to elevate excess water to boiling point.D)Heat to evaporate water @ 100C.E) Heat loss in super-heating water @ 100C.F) Heat loss from dryer (estimator value= 45 Kw), after insulation .G) Heat loss from combustion chamber (estimator value= 31.41 Kw @ difference temp. 35C) after insulation.And A) Heat loss in exhaust gasesB) Heat loss in moisture in exhaust gases. Result data of process design calculations:The gross heat requirements = 1000,000 KCaL/Hr.The Gas quantities = 19500 m3/hr@ 80C (estimator value of outlet air temperature from dryer).The inlet gas temperature =300C. combustible:Natural gas.Fan is work always with fresh air.
