RFQ Description

My name is Hisham Fares and I am writing you from Sweden. I am writing you concerning an order of pre fabricated houses I am interested to proceed with from your company. My preferences are small separete guestgouses that can create a hotel area. I will give you the whole idea now but I am interested to initially buy 10 pre fabricated houses. There are 500 sqm of land so far. The log cabins will be about 40 sqm, with a bedroom, livingroom with kitchenette, and bathroom with shower. I need you to install electricity and water as well. I would like the houses to have secure windows and doors. Can you fix card keys or just keylock? The area where we will place the log cabins is in south of Sudan, in the capital Juba. Very warm and sometimes very humid with lots of rain. Therefor, I do not want to have flat roofs. Sheet metal roofs possibly, anything good as long as they are not flat. The houses will be located close to each other so preferably a little insulated for sound, but also for heat so the houses do not get too hot. I wish to start with 10 pre fabricated houses with above description. Later, I wish, depending on the budget, to buy more log cabins and a small house that serves as a lobby and reception. Considering also a pool later. Please send me your quotations for ten pre fabricated houses as a start. Transportation to Juba is very costly, and therefor, I wonder how many pre fabricated houses can get into one container? Can you assemble the houses for us in Juba or do you send us the instructions to do it ourselves? We also need instructions from you on how to prepare the foundation where we will place the pre fabricated houses so the houses can be built at once.
