I have a couple investor though my Bank source at this moment are looking for SFR REOs and some commercial. My bank and I are working on a Ask Buyermm, they cant cover anymore grounds, so Im searching. The investors or though my Bank so they have no problem proofing up, only if we can see a LOA, we dont want a tape thats been floating the net for the last 6mos, were looking for someone that serious and can accommodate their needs.
