So please quote your best price for the complete fabrication and testing of the package that you could manufactures,including all accessories (spare parts and other items that you believe are necessary for these packages for a period of 2 years of operation),also including cost of shipping or transportation to Jubail commercial port NOTES:• All electrical motors, instrumentation, electric components, and wiring should comply with Saudi electricity regulations.• Dual language instructions (English, Arabic) for all equipments and on all documents related to the product• Supply of all special tools, capital spares, start-up and commissioning spares as defined in the purchase order, the manufacturer shall advise the client when spare parts must be ordered so they can be manufactured with the main equipment.• A weight data sheet shall be supplied for all equipments provided.• Export boxing and long-term preservation for all equipment.• Supply spare parts for commissioning.• Supply details and rates of recommended 2 years operational spares.• Supply quality certificates• Materials scope and specification should be as per tender documents.• All documents should be signed and stamped by the production manager.• Supply preliminary shipping dimensions and the weight of each equipment.• FOB Jubail port,Or Dammam.
