Looking for paint maker

Good EveningI am interested in starting up a small paint manufacturing business in the rural area.I have checked out other suppliers and franchise offers and current suppliers to the RDP projects in the area(paint fading after rain or after two months of application). I am looking at making a two coat application paint to be used on raw walls(new plaster). The type of paint we would like to produce should be the equevilant to Dulux weather guard quality type paint as well as a good quality white acrylic PVA and high gloss enamel. If you are able to assist with this type of products would you kindly send us the pricing for this set up.
