General Info:Cargo:Iron Sand (Magnetite)Required vessel tonnage: 10,000 MT Draft at load port:7.5 meters to 11.5 meters at low tideLoad rate:500 - 600 metric tons per hour using conveyor type loaderVessel is fixed while loading, no need to move to access different hatchesUnloading rate:Depends on conditions at discharge port; vessel must have at least 3 grabs / clamp shell for dischargingIf grabs and clamp shell will be used, vessel can charge unloading fee to buyerGeneral Route:Port Irene (Cagayan) to various delivery points in Mainland ChinaOther requirements:Vessel must have at least 3 grabs / clamps shell ready for use in case discharge port has no unloading capacityEstimated per month 3 to 4 trips to ChinaTime Charter period is 6 months but can be extended to 1 year.Possible back load option to be exercised by charterer.Back up vessel must be provided by the vessel owner in case there will be problems with primary vessel.Timelines:from April fo May 2011, set up of loading machine and improvements on stockpile areaMay 2011 to June 2011, inventory build upMid June 2011 - start of Time Charter and initial trip to China.
