Dear Sir / Madam, I have a standard floor lamp that has fitted to it the HY-3360D dimmer, the unit has failed on one side, resulting in the lamp remaining permanently on when connected to the power outlet and will not dim or switch off. Could you please let me know if I could purchase a replacement HY-3360D unit from yourselves and what would be the price including delivery to the UK, the unit is no longer available through Amazon, alternatively could you give details of a uk supplier. The lamp is of no use without the dimmer unit and I would not trust it to use at the moment as the unit has become defective.
