Respected Sir/Madam We are Bittu Namkeen Co from kolkata, a manufacturer of Chanachur, Namkeen , Bhujia and snacks item . and also a trader of different Chocolates, candies etc,Now, We are planning to manufacture chowmien , instant noodle, sewai and roasted sewai, etc , we need special guidance regarding machinery , and quality maintainence as per food standard , so need the details of acquiring raw material , machinery and want to quality standard. We need expertise knowledge regarding production of noodles(chowmein) , instant noodles , macarony, sevai & roasted sevai & preservation upto 9 month from the date of production. In addition to this , we need the following production per hour 1 chowmein 250- 300 kg /hr 2 Macarony 150- 200 kg /hr 3 instant noodles4000- 5000pcs/hr 4 roasted sevai amd sevai 100-200kg / hr Packging of finished goods should be fully automatic . right from the flour mixing to noodles forming and drying the same into fully automatic dryer or heat chamber etc and packging the goods with automatic machine .We have 4000sq . feet area for the same production with available of 440 volt electricity..
