Looking for led xenon strobe light lamp

RFQ Description

We are looking for a white LED strobe bulb with below specifications as per attached photo. It will be export to Netherlands, product must conforms to CE & ROHS standard.If you can supply accordingly, please quote price based on 30,000 pieces. Please include the product life span (i.e. 10million flashes), warranty policy , material specification or MSDS sheet (bulb case, lamp case..) packing details for calculation of freight charge, payment term, price validity, production lead-time with photo with your quotation. We will follow AQL standard for future inspection Do you agree to accept AQL 2.5 and 4.0. (i.e for quantity 30,000 pcs. we will randomly inspect on 500 pieces (minor acceptable level is 21 pcs., major acceptable level is 14 pcs.). How consistent is the flashing rate , color and brightness consistence of bulb? How are each bulb packed ? For inspection, do you have equipment in the factory for us to insert the bulb for testing its flashing rate, brightness, whiteness of LED ? What are the protocol in case there are defective bulbs (i.e. you replace 1 by 1 upon return of defective bulbs , who is responsible for freight return to your factory for replacement and freight to send to Netherland after rework....) ? Do you provide any free replacement bulbs in shipment ?
