To Whom this may Concern:We are a manufacturer of product for the HVAC and Hearth Industries in North America.We are looking to purchase an LED power adaptor with the following Specs120 to 240 VAC input from a (2) prong polarized north american standard plug, 30 cm in length with a heat rating of 80C.Switching adaptor that will hold the output to 7.5VDC , 1 amp, with + or - the output with 0.05%. This is very important because the other type of linear adaptors will not work for this product. the 7.5 VDC and 1amp has to be held at any input level or voltage.The PCB should be within an alum. or plastic case, but the critical item is the total product has to operate safely in a temperature range up to 80C and -25C. The waterproof case is OK to use, but the temperature is the most critical.The output wires have to have wire ratings of 80C as well, and 30cm in length, with 1/4 insulated connectors on the two wire output.We are to purchase 10,000 to 15,000 per year.We would like to see and test three to five samples before any order is places for volume within this product.Christopher Flickemail: *******@*****.com
