Dear Mr. Bernard Green,I am writing with to coal supply from your company.Our desired quantity is a minimum of 50,000 MT/month for a long term contract. And we are looking for a supplier that can deliver the quantity we require and possibly more. The sized coal shall be supplied as per ISO standards on guaranteed and rejection limits as follows: Guaranteed RejectionTotal Moisture 9% 11%Ash (ADB) 13.5% 17%Volatiles (ADB) 16% Under 11% and over 24Sulphur (ADB) 0.8% 1%Net Calorific Value (ADB) 6200 kcal/kg Under 5900 kcal/kgSize Below 50 MM Over 50 MMHowever, our major concern is the Net Calorific Value. It should be a minimum of 5,900 Kcal/kg ADB.Our destination port is Ningbo, China. Please let us know the CIF and FOB cost.We are ready to issue a LC immediately from either Natwest Bank England or a European equivalent with standard rating once price and delivery conditions have been agreed and we verify SGS report of the product and ownership documents.I look forward to your prompt response as this is a very urgent request for us.RegardsUgo Apuamaga
