COMMODITY: Electrolytic Copper Cathodes Purity: 99.98% Chemical composition: Copper Cathode Grade A Copper Cathodes 99.98% purity Electrolytic Grade A: Premier degree size: 914mm x 914mm x 12mm (approx.)(36¬Â x 36¬Â x0.5)Weight of each sheet: 125kgs +/- 1% net Weight of each pallet: 2m/t +/-1% Minimum weight of each container of copper cathode: 25 m/t approx. Gross weight of each container: 22.2m/t approx. QUANTITY Trial quantities of 100MT, 1000 MT per month for 1 year with rolls and extensions. The unit of measurement in this contract is Metric Tons (MT). Months are calendar months according to the Gregorian calendar. The goods will be delivered within 30 days after the Buyer and seller signs the contract. The quality of goods will be confirmed on a certificate issued by SGS, an independent international inspection company at loading port by SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT QUALITYThe Electrolytic Copper Cathodes shall conform to London Metal Exchange (LME) standards and specifications in Appendix A. The quality of the goods shall be confirmed by a certificate issued by an independent international inspection company which shall be binding on both parties in all respects, including, but, not limited to the replacement of faulty goods paid for by the buyer. Buyer will not accept faulty goods. Inspection report must be done for each container of goods. PACKING Palletized, banded by aluminum bands in bundles of 20 Cathodes, and packed into 20ft containers. DELIVERY TERMS CIF, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou and other ports in China as per delivery schedule. Buyer must advise Seller of any changes in quantity and change of destination port prior to shipping Cost of inspection by SGS at loading port shall be borne by Seller.
