Looking for raw cotton scraps leftover yarn

Dear Sir or Madam,our company is one of the biggest supplier of palets protection and laid restraint in Germany. One of the best solutions to protect the palets and ensure a laid restraint is the band-system. For the band-system we urgently need cord. Requirements to the cord are: The cord should consist of 3 braids. Each braid consist of twisted filaments. It is highly important that the cord has a constant diameter throughout the whole lenght. Run lenght 600 meter per 1 kg, Yarn count 1.67-1.88 ktex (1. 67 kg of the cord have a lenght of 1 km) 0.55- 0.60 Nm(0.60 meter of the cord have the mass of 1 g), cord diameter 3 mm, Bail pull ca. 450 N, Elogation ca. 20- 25, winding cone-shaped, cross-wounded cheese, each winded cheese should have a weight of 5,5 kg.In principle, every material can be used even waste yarns -as long as the stated specifications can be met. In the past, we habe used cord with the following materials: 40 % polyester, 20 % polyamide, 40 % other materials (e.g. waste yarns from cotton, viscose, acryl)We need 300- 400 tonnes a year.Do you offer this kind of cord?
