We, HEG Limited,India, a leading manufacturer of Graphite Electrodes and are selling our product globally. We are exporting approx. 80% of our annual production all over the world.We also manufacture Graphite Blocks for our internal consumption and Green paste of calcined petroleum coke is similar to that of Anode. Presently, we are manufacturing square and rectangular green carbon blocks through extrusion process.In order to prepare good quality blocks we intend to adopt vibro compaction process in place of extrusion.Proposed size of green carbon blocks is as under.1. 525 mm x 525 mm x 1900mm long ,approx weight 1000 Kg, Rate of production 6 -8 Tons /Hr2. 400 mm x 300 mm x 1900mm long,approx weight 400Kg,Rate of production 6-8 Tons/Hr.We require a Vibro Compactor for manufacturing above sizes of Green Carbon Blocks comprising of 3 positions; 1. Paste charging and weighing station 2. Vibratory and shaping station 3. De-moulding and pull out station...
