Specifications of Continuous Stack Emission Monitoring System 1. System should be suitable for monitoring continuously the emission from Vertical Shaft Kiln of Mini Cement Plant . 2. The parameter to be monitored are SPM , CO, CO2 ,NOx . 3. The flue gas temperature range is 55°C - 1300°C. i.e. from wet steam to 1300°C 4. The dust load may vary from 100 to 500 mg/NM3 5. Flue gas velocity is in the range 3.10-3.50 M3/Sec . 6. On line operation should be temper proof and with facility to be able to regularly calibrate on line. 7. The Data shall be uploaded to CPCB and SPCB server thus suitable hardware / software along with interfaces and sensors should be included in the offer. 8. Any infrastructural requirement such as A C Room , On- Line power backup system etc , may also be specified if not included in the offer . 9 Guarantee and Annual maintenance charges be also specified. 10 .
