DEAR SIR HAPPY NEW YEARWe would like to purchase some corrugating machines and bellow forming machines to augment our capacity. We would like to have machines that can manufacture hoses from rac14; inch Id to 12 inch hose.The types that we are looking at arerac14; inch, 5/16 inch, 3/8 inch and rac12; inch mechanical machines or hydraulic if available.rac12; inch , 5/8 inch , 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1.25 inches, 1.5 inches and 2 inches. Hydraulic forming corrugators both one corrugation at a time as well as multiple corrugations at a time2 inch to 14 inch , Hydraulic forming corrugators both one corrugation at a time as well as multiple corrugations at a time.The grade of materials that would be used are SS 304, SS321 and SS316.The thicknesses would be from 0.15 mm to 0.75 mm.1/4 inch to 12 Inch.We would like to have the price delivery and speed for the three types of machines as detailed above.
