Flat Glass plate with indentations

RFQ Description

We are seeking a supplier to flat make glass plates with a pattern of indentations on one side. AdThey must be made from glass we supply. We will ship the glass to you as lumps of glass for melting. Only our glass must be used to make these plates. The glass has special physical properties. Other glass will not work in our application.The plates will be flat about 4mm thick. They will have a pattern of indentations on one side.Initially we will be interested in 3 different sizes. a square plate 108 mm on a side. a small hexagon shaped plate 76 mm on each side. (maximum dimension is 146 mm) a larger hexagon shaped plate 5.5 inches (140 mm) on each side.
