Looking for umbrella handle

HI there,I am currently designing a new product which has nothing to do with umbrellas, however I need the same mechanism that is used in the stem of the pop out umbrellas.Do you make the stems that extend out with one tube sliding inside the other and is fixed into position by bumps and holes? If so you may be able to manufacture the part that I require, as it consists of two sets of tubes, connected to two end bars making an oblong shape that increases in size to almost a square shape. If I was to send you a diagram and description are you able to give me a quote on production if it is something you can make? Initially I would need the first sample. Then all going well, would need a minimum order of 20 to start my initial marketing.
