RFQ Description

Dear Sir/MadamMy name is Julio Fazio and I am the President of Ceramica Salteña a company based in the city of Salta in the North of Argentina. Nowadays we are producers of prestressed concrete and EPS products. We used to produce ceramic bricks so we have experience on the ceramic business. Nowadays we are planning to install a ceramic pottery factory (we are planning to produce both ceramic and porcelain pottery). Our idea is to produce especially dishes and cups but we would also like to produce serving dishes and the different pottery offered in the market nowadays. We would like to put special attention on square dishes as its use is growing in our country. Our idea is to produce between 10,000 (ten thousands) and 15,000 (fifteen thousands) pieces (including the different products) per day. We are analyzing the possibility to import a whole line of production or to buy some machinery in Argentina and to import the rest of the machinery. Another thing we are analyzing is whether we should decorate our pottery or just sell white pottery. That is why I would be interested to receive a quotation for a full line of production but with the indivual prices of each machine in order to analyze the possibility of buying each machine separately. As you can see we are just starting with the analysis of this project so we are learning everyday about the different technologies used on this kind of production. That is why it would be really helpful if you can send us catalogues and information as detailed as you can concerning the machines and the final product we could get with those machines.
