Looking for nonwoven cloth

RFQ Description

Hi,Im interested in a product that:- Can be used outdoors (and is relatively resistant to wear and tear) - Has a waterproof backing - Has a non-abrasive front (preferably with a colorful print)- Is cushiony (if possible)- Is relatively light in overall weightI imagine that this effect would need to be created using at least two layers of fabric (namely, a waterproof (nylon?) backing and a softer print fabric), although I suppose it may need to be done in three layers (nylon and print layers sandwiching some sort of cushiony nonwoven fabric). Can you do this? If so, how much are we looking at? I had been considering Zorb as the cushiony middle layer, but that appears to be quite costly. Micorfabric (if its relatively dense) might work, too. Could you quote for using Zorb and other fabrics, please?Also, it would be best if the three layers could be fused together, not stitched, although I would be interested in pricing for both options, if you can do it.Lastly, can you both cut the sheets in shapes, and cut shapes out of the sheets?I would be interested in square sheets measuring 60 on a side.Thanks,Conrad
