Looking for urea phosphate (up) tech grade

We need Urea 46 CIF Durban inclusive of commission $ 2 pmt, for it to be workable for them. (1 ton jumbo bag). Since they are a major distributor in South Africa, this is the only price that will be workable for them.12,500MT now, and 25,000MT over the next 8 months.Any advance payment unacceptable!
