RFQ Description

We are developing a retraction curtain system for which we need a Retraction Spring. The working of the curtain is as follows:1. The curtain shall be 1.25 meters wide housed in a metallic drum.2. The length of the curtain shall be 4.5 meters. 3. The curtain shall be manually pulled and tied at the other end.4. While releasing the curtain, the Retraction spring should pull it back into the cylindrical housing smoothly and not with a jerk.5. The curtain shall be made of fabric.6. The curtain shall be rolled on a Roller Rod of 20mm diameter. The two ends of the rod shall be passing through two ball bearings to make the retraction smooth. This will avoid putting a lot of pressure on the retraction spring.7. The extreme ends of the rod shall fit in the inner part of the retraction springs. Please guide us about the specification of the spring like what tension, what material and what width shall be applicable for this operation.
