As a process for the adherence of the plastic to the metal part, we plan to precoat the beads and springs used in the diamond wire, previous to the plastic injection of the wire.The beads are of diameter 11.5mm x 10mm ht, and weigh 7gms, and the springs are of dia 8mm x 20mm length.
