Good Morning!!!! As bizarre as this communication may seem.... we are curious as to the plans and progress of the for the current restaurant lot on A1a.. we live in Ocean Resorts... my name is Kimmer.. my husband (Chef- aka Roland) has been a chef for many years and actually earned 3 1/2 stars from the New York Times in his prime. He still continues to bang out ridiculous eats. We had been researching this property since our relocation from CT for the past couple of years... I do realize that you obviously have the capitol and resources to undertake such a project, however, would you ever consider a % partner for the business. Like you, he is also a musician and he has truly played with the best of musicians. I myself have plenty of experience in the front of the house. Currently he runs the culinary arts department at Port St Lucie High School and I am a mental health therapist/ school counselor. Despite the obvious job of teaching culinary to youth, it is really 3 jobs in one. He is responsible for the normal day to day running of a restaurant while raising funds to in fact teach his caseload of 175 students throughout the school year with a budget of Ask Buyer. Those who have experienced and continue to experience his edible creations continue to badger him into opening a restaurant. Good eats in this area continue to be fair to mediocre. As a matter of fact we rarely eat out as we eat better at home. I myself currently share my baking creations with local restaurants (and not for the money) lol... So my hope, is perhaps you would be willing to at least have a chat and if nothing else, a well met, new friend, fellow musician, fellow foodie, chance encounter.
