Dear Sir/Madam,Hi there and how are you doing and your family right now? and i hope that all is well with you.I am hereby writing you to inquire and provide you the draft ICPO/Procedure of my buyer for your review and acceptance stated herein,COMMODITY : RUSSIAN D2 GAS OIL GOST 305-82QUANTITY : One Hundred Thousand 100,000MT (INITIAL) & next month (500,000MT) Five Hundred Thousand metric tons x 12 months. (500,000MT) (with rollover and extensions)UNIT PRICE : USD$ 480 per metric ton NetCONTRACT PRICE : USD$ 48,000,000.00 (Spot Rotterdam)PAYMENT TERMS : MT103/TT after DIP TEST, within 3 International banking .days, payment issuance by the buyer directly to the seller’s bankDELIVERY : ROTTERDAM in sellers tank thru pipeline (DIP & PAY)DELIVERY COMMENCES AS AGREED UPON.OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE:1. Seller issues SCO sign and return to seller2. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).3. Seller issues the Full Corporate Offer and the Draft SPA for all parties to review and endorsed along with the NCNDA/IMFPA and/or buyer will issue.4. Upon signing contract, seller will legalize and register the hard-copies of the contract with the appropriate ministries in-charge.5. Seller sends to buyer the scanned copy of the legalized and notarized hard-copies SPA along with the Proof of Product (POP) documents as listed below via email: and lodge with their respective banks.i) a.) Product Passport (DIP TEST AUTHORIZATION) DTAb.) Statement of Product Availabilityc.) Company Commitment to Supply the Productd.) Certificate of Origin of the Producte.) Company Registration Certificatef.) Analytical Report Test (Quality and Quantity)equivalent to SGS Reportg.) Copy License to Export6. Delivery/Pumping will commence as mutual by both parties to the buyer’sDestination port in Rotterdam in sellers tank.7. Upon receipt of the above documents (DTA) by the buyer, seller will provide Storage Tank Number/Allocation.8. Upon Dip Test Result by the Buyer, Buyer pays the Full amount of USDAsk Buyer for the 100,000MT via MT103/TT wire transfer directly into the seller’s bank.Furthermore please let me know if what is your current selling price for D2 Diesel Spot Rotterdam?
