For one of our projects we require a specialised concrete that can be placed in the sea and be used to create a specialised structure for deployment. A concrete that will not erode quickly and is safe for the environment, constructed of 10,000 micro silica to create a super high strength, abrasion resistant, concrete that has a pH similar to natural sea water, that is a pH of 8-9. The concrete must be reinforced with a non-ferrous Cordura nylon fiber, develop by DuPont (Fiber-reinforced concrete -FRC) which increases its structural integrity. It contains short discrete Cordura nylon fiber strips that are uniformly distributed and randomly mixed and orientated making the devices partially unbreakable.
