Investors wanted! We are looking for INVESTORS, for Real Estate Acquisitions in the USA. Returns on these investments can be as high as 50% cash on cash return in less than a year! These are LOW RISK, HIGH REWARD properties, many of them producing income from day one! We are only accepting INVESTORS that fit the following criteria.1.Must have 3M or more in accessible funds.2.Must understand these deals do not last more than a few days, that is why they are such DEALS!3.MUST work direct to me and my partner, we will not deal with a representative of an investor, that is always a waste of our time.4.Must have the backbone to pull the trigger when a STEAL is put in front of them! We are very busy and our inventory is limited to 8-10 INCREDIBLE deals per month, we will filter threw the hundreds of deals to find YOU the absolute best deal to DOUBLE YOUR MONEY in the first 6 months to a year! Why are we doing this? We are getting TO MANY GREAT DEALS! To be honest, we can only take down a few smaller deals at a time, but that leaves some of the best deals we have to our investor partners! What do we want in return? Lets be clear, no one works for free and we are no exception. My partner and I are building our portfolio by making larger investors MILLIONS of dollars. We are asking for 10% of the profits from any project taken down. In some cases we will accept our 10% in property such as a condo project we just took in FL, with 138 Units in total for the project, purchased for Ask BuyerK per door, will sell for Ask BuyerK with NO repairs needed.
