The impact strength and fracture toughness need to be exceptionally high.Before we consider testing we would like to have a formal statement of the type and amount of impurities in your polycrystalline diamond products (spectral analysis).The dimensions we are looking for are:- diameter x length 8 x 16 mm, semi-spherical shape at one end, or- diameter x length 10 x 20 mm, semi-spherical shape at one endAfter receiving the spectral analysis and fracture toughness/impact strength information and favourable evaluation we would like to order 5 samples of the above. Please tell us price and delivery terms.Moreover, we need also a budget quotation for 10.000 as well as 100.000 pieces.We are selling these cylinders made of WC-Co in quantities far beyond 1.000.000 pieces per year.
