Dear Sales Manager, Good Morning.Thank you for your Advertisement please note the following:- 1, Your supply to be 1400 metric ton per month , in which 70% Alloy AA6063 and 30 % AA 6061. 2,We like to have contract Agreements with your organization the details information require such as :- 3, The Aluminum billets to be supplied from Primary quality (not from re- cycle Aluminum OR from scrap Aluminum.). 4, In our Technical And Commercial Agreement ,you should supply in time the agreed quantity and the quality Strictly as per Specification. 5, Provide the details of Smelters Company and their pre-qualification documents and Alloy AA6063 & AA6061 Specification. 6, What is your role in this supply ? are you working for the Smelter company OR you are an Agent. 7, Still your price is high for CIF Jeddah Saudi Arabia acceptable. 8, Our Monthly requirement is 1400 metric ton per month, and 16,800 metric ton per Annam. 9, Our Payment terms : first order 100% LC at sight is acceptable later orders after your visit to our Company we will have facilities L / C 60 days. 10, We like to clear you that we are looking for long term Business relationship with your concern. 11, Before we start our deal we would like to visit your Factory to see your facilities, and also we will Invite to visit our facilities in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.Thanks With,Best Personal Regards,Eng.
