In order to augment our ability to purchase larger quantities of crude oil under present contract, with advantageous price, CIF delivery at a Caspian Sea, and/or Black Sea Port of Taman, we are prepared to offer a profit participation for the use of a short term DLC, to be settled within 15 days after the issuance and confirmation of the bank instrument bank-to-bank to the bank of our trading partner.We also have the ability to effect a risk-free, confidential USD/Euro currency exchange performed at a Security House in Central Europe.
