The terms of the products we demand as follows: Mozzarella cheese- Shape type : shredded and in blocks Specifications:Moisture-46%Max, FDB-42%Min, Salt-1.6%Max and H-5.1~5.5. Higher in protein, good stretch ability and heating resistance. The product we require can be made from cow milk, buffalo milk or goat milk (buffalo is our preference.) Unit weight : about 5kg per bag or block Incoterm : C&F Taichung port of Taiwan Intended order quantity: minimum 20 MT per month Payment terms: L/C or T/T Liquid Cream- Unit weight: approx 10kg or 10litres/ bag Storage: It can be refrigerated or under room temperature (the product under room temperature is our preference.) Specifications: over Fat-36.5% and PH-6.5~6.8 Incoterm : C&F Taichung port of Taiwan Intended order quantity: minimum 20 MT per month.
