Looking for dorma arabian automatic doors

We are writing this few lines from Holiday Inn Al Qasr-Olaya, Riyadh the brand of our sliding doors are DORMA and we wont operate our main entrance sliding doors in last 3 weeks due to a technical fault then we informed your service team (Riyadh) to check and rectify the defects ASSP ultimately, your team has arrived in 3rd consecutive days of keep calling on 2nd of Oct 2014 and they left with keeping promises to repair the doors after sending of quotation (for the repairs) so far, we couldnt hear from the person as we have contacted earlier (Mr.Hafiz *******97) & his phone is on off mode now.
