my name is Bonnie Dodge and I purchased a 10 x 12 Monterey Gazebo which was NOT complete. I called the number on directions and got a voice mail instructing me to e-mail the missing parts and my address so here is the needed information you requested. I will give you the part Letter and I hope this will be sufficient. Part Letter F 2 pieces needed (they are short bars that have a hole on one end so it can connect to bar with small ball for snap type connection) also it was missing the part with Letter J-which is the top piece that has 4 small bars on top for top vent poles/bars to connect to and has 4 additional same style bars underneath so long poles/bars can connect to & these poles hold up the top of tent.
