What kind of business philosophy is that? Now, for the sake of a Ask Buyer part you have lost a valuable client. I have also made my feelings known on various websites. I told Para that I would do this as I was so annoyed with his attitude and his ¬¦nothing in the world is perfect statement.Perhaps you can now tell me what the lower of the two D shaped clips on the front strap is for. Para, who is absolutely useless as a front of house customer service agent keeps giving me the wrong answer. He said it is for pulling on like in the videos. I pulled on it and it comes off in my hand as it is not sewn on. Did Para inform you that I offered to showcase your strap at the Olympic Games as I¬â„¢m a professional freelance photographer based in the UK who will be there with the rest of the worlds press? I have even had six press photographers ask me where I got the strap from, but because of the poor treatment I received at the hands of Para, I have told them that I couldnt remember. I was going to order a Double Strap and a couple of Base Plates and Ball Head Nuts from you ¬¦..but not now!If Para had just agreed with me that the Ball Head Nut was defective we could have had a good relationship. Instead he refused and just refunded my money saying: ¬a“nothing in the world is perfect¬Â. I didn¬â„¢t ask for a refund I just wanted a Ball Head Nut that wasn¬â„¢t damaged. I wasn¬â„¢t prepared to hang my expensive camera gear off of a defective Ask Buyer part. I bet you didn¬â„¢t know that did you? I have all our emails if you want them. Now I don¬â„¢t have the spare Ball Head Nut that I wanted and I can¬â„¢t order an extra buckle/ stopper because he said you don¬â„¢t supply them separately. That means I have a MODULAR system that isn¬â„¢t Modular because I can¬â„¢t order what I want!Did he also tell you that my daughter is in charge of the world¬â„¢s press at the Olympics? I bet he didn¬â„¢t, as I¬â„¢m sure you would have realized the marketing potential of something like that. I have a business and know the value and importance of good product placement & exposure.Tim, all I want is for you, NOT Para, to reply to this.
